Radius Velocity is our account management portal, which you can use as a website or even as a handy mobile app.
It takes the pain out of bookkeeping; every transaction is recorded automatically, which means logging receipts is a thing of the past. You can filter all your purchases by driver, vehicle or location so you know what your weekly spending will look like before your invoice arrives. Your invoices are compliant and ready to send off to HMRC and reclaim your VAT.
You can also use Radius Velocity to keep your business’ money safer. Cancel any fuel card online if it gets lost or stolen. Prevent misuse of cards by setting limits on where they can be used, how often, or the maximum spend in a single transaction. It lets you filter our network of stations by fuel card and by station type so, so you can find your nearest station. Once you are up and running with your fuel cards, the mobile app or sat nav download is the perfect tool for you and your drivers to find the nearest station to buy diesel or petrol while on the road. You can plan where to fill up in advance by entering two postcodes and seeing all the fuelling locations along the route.
